Juriste en Droit du travail. Executive MBA. 2 prix créatifs. Caroline Sivilia a travaillé 4 années en agence de publicité à Paris (Publicis, EuroRSCG, TMP Worldwide) comme Conceptrice-rédactrice, Responsable de Création puis Responsable Marketing. Spécialiste en communication RH, institutionnelle et corporate, elle a créé en France le premier Département Employer Branding délivrant aux plus grandes marques françaises et internationales (L’Oréal, IBM, Zara, PWC, ST…) du conseil en image de marque. Elle a concu et rédigé le magazine London Macadam.
